I had my email as a pop account on my pc and was also using my iPad to get emails. The two were not syncing so my call to support was to rectify this. The support adviser Rey P advised and guided me to change the pop account to a IMAP. This solved my issue..

I had cancelled hosting in September 2024 as I was retiring from business, only to belatedly discover payment was taken for continuation of the domain last autumn. Rey patiently got the bottom of my problem (which took some time) and obtained a refund for me.

Unable to send emails. Problems occurred when Fasthosts changed their server and I couldn’t send any emails. I had already fixed the received email but I now realised I couldn’t send email, Lloyd was very patient in helping me correct this problem & now I can send and receive.

After a recent DNS overwrite, Karen was able to quick identify the record and suggest the fix. The record was updated whilst on the call and steps were shown how to access the settings for future reference.

I had a redirect error whereby the subdomain worked but the main domain wasn't working. Nico discovered the problem and we were able to fix it. He also helped me correct an error in the email setup for our my domain name.
